vTv Therapeutics completes enrollment in Phase 3 CATT1 cadisegliatin trial in type 1 diabetes
VTVT•vTv Therapeutics completed enrollment of 166 randomized patients in its Phase 3 CATT1 trial of cadisegliatin as an adjunct to insulin for type 1 diabetes. Topline results are targeted for mid-2027.

The study is designed to assess whether cadisegliatin can lower clinically significant hypoglycemia while improving overall glucose control. The oral, liver-selective glucokinase activator has FDA Breakthrough Therapy designation for adjunctive treatment in type 1 diabetes.
