Walker & Dunlop appointed Patrick Saade as senior managing director, Capital Markets, naming him co-head of Hospitality Advisory.
Saade will be based in London, advising owners and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, capital strategies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
He brings more than 16 years of real estate experience, advising on more than $15 billion of hospitality transactions across Europe and globally.
