Wave Life Sciences Ltd. completed a redomiciliation that shifts the group’s parent company from Singapore to a Delaware corporation.
All ordinary shares were exchanged 1-for-1 for newly issued common stock of Wave Life Sciences, Inc. following the Aug. 7 market close.
The stock keeps the WVE ticker, with the new common shares set to begin trading on Nasdaq on Aug. 10.
No material impact is expected on employees or day-to-day operations.
