WeRide added to HKEX Tech 100 Index after quarterly review

Methodology and selection basis

Inclusion follows HKEX’s enhanced methodology, which tightens tech-theme eligibility and favors firms with strong R&D or revenue growth.

Index selection is based on average daily market-cap ranking over the prior 12 months, under the updated rules.

Index inclusion after quarterly review

WeRide will be added to the HKEX Tech 100 Index following HKEX’s September 2026 quarterly review.

Changes take effect on Sep. 14, 2026, with implementation set for the close on Sep. 11.
