WETH•WeTouch Technology’s board kept in place a special cash dividend plan of up to US$500,000 for shareholders of record on Aug. 17, 2026.

WeTouch Technology is working with its transfer agent, intermediaries and third-party disbursing providers on record verification and payment processing. The company said it will announce updated payment timing once administrative and payment arrangements are finalized.
