WFF•WF Holding amended 2,568,000 outstanding warrants on October 27, 2026, allowing zero-price exercise at any time, in whole or in part. Each warrant entitles its holder to 18 ordinary shares, subject to limits and adjustments.
1. Warrant amendments
The amended warrants may be exercised at zero price at any time, in whole or in part, subject to beneficial ownership limits and adjustments. They will automatically exercise at zero price on their termination date, and all other terms remain unchanged.
