Wipro Consumer Ventures led an undisclosed funding round into Moi Soi, ready-to-cook specialist, marking its first deal from Fund II. Moi Soi, with 32 products and 600,000 monthly shipments across 2,000+ Indian pin codes and four overseas markets, doubled revenues in six months and will expand distribution.

Wipro Consumer Ventures, the venture arm of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting, led an undisclosed funding round into pan-Asian ready-to-cook brand Moi Soi, marking the first deal from its Fund II. The round also featured co-investment from GVFL, though financial terms were not revealed.
2. Moi Soi Growth and Portfolio
Founded in October 2021, Moi Soi offers over 32 ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat products including sauces, noodles, rice papers and single-serve beverages. The brand ships more than 600,000 units monthly across 2,000+ Indian pin codes in 250 cities and has launched in Australia, South Africa, Dubai and Germany.

Moi Soi has doubled its monthly revenues over the past six months and plans to use the proceeds to deepen distribution across traditional and quick-commerce channels, expand its product portfolio with innovative flavours, and strengthen brand awareness in existing and new markets.
