Workday’s UAE market research found that 90% of employees use AI at least weekly, including 58% who use it multiple times a week and 18% every working day. Respondents said AI saved them an average of 3.6 hours per week, but they also spent 3.4 hours weekly clarifying, correcting or rewriting low-quality outputs. The research said employees reinvested AI gains in capacity, skills or well-being, while 24% prioritized cost reduction.
