Worthington Steel announces annual shareholder meeting

Worthington Steel will hold its 2026 annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 23, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing four Class III directors to three-year terms expiring at the 2029 annual meeting.
Ballots also cover an advisory vote on named executive officer compensation.
Investors will be asked to ratify KPMG as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2027.
