Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has appointed Amit Sripathi as CFO after he drove 20 consecutive quarters of organic net room growth and led the divestiture of owned hotels. The company also named David Wilner Chief Development Officer – North America and reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook.

Amit Sripathi has been named Chief Financial Officer, succeeding the interim CFO role held since November. Sripathi’s prior tenure as Chief Development Officer – North America saw him oversee 20 consecutive quarters of organic net room growth and the divestiture of all owned hotels, reinforcing the company’s asset-light model.
2. New Chief Development Officer – North America
David Wilner, a 30-year franchise sales veteran, will lead North American franchise sales and architecture, design & construction teams. Wilner’s track record includes launching ECHO Suites Extended Stay and driving growth across key brands such as La Quinta, WaterWalk and Hawthorn Suites.

Leadership changes coincide with the company’s reaffirmation of its full-year 2026 financial guidance, reflecting confidence in continued FeePAR-accretive net room growth.
