SAFX•XCF Global postponed its shareholder meeting on a proposed three-way business combination with DevvStream and Southern Energy to Oct. 5, 2026. The meeting will be virtual, and shareholders will vote on increasing authorized Class A shares to 1.7 billion from 500 million.
