1. Conversion Project Status

XCF Global reports that the New Rise Reno facility conversion remains on schedule under its development plan. Plant upgrades are progressing in line with targeted timelines to enhance sustainable aviation fuel production efficiency.

2. Technical Upgrades

Workstreams include reloading the isomerization reactor with fresh catalyst, implementing equipment modifications to reduce spurious trips at low flow rates, and installing a new heat exchanger to improve heat recovery and throughput.

3. Commissioning Schedule

Key catalyst deliveries are expected by late May and early June 2026. These shipments will support planned commissioning activities, targeting plant start-up in early June 2026, subject to project conditions.

4. Strategic Capacity

The facility has a permitted nameplate capacity of 38 million gallons per year, positioning XCF Global among North America’s early large-scale sustainable aviation fuel producers. The company is evaluating additional expansion opportunities in Nevada, North Carolina and Florida.
