2. Drone Nerds Acquisition
In November 2025, XTI Aerospace acquired Drone Nerds LLC to strengthen its unmanned aircraft systems business. The subsidiary provides enterprise and government UAV manufacturing and services, positioning XTI to support defense contracts and accelerate deployment of advanced UAS technologies.
