The deal strengthens ZenaTech’s ability to offer AI-driven inspections, mapping, and environmental monitoring services across forestry, energy and logistics sectors.

1. Acquisition Details

ZenaTech has acquired Andy Paris & Associates, a Lake Oswego, Oregon–based land surveying firm founded in 1952. The firm provides boundary, topographic and construction staking surveys supporting commercial and infrastructure development across Oregon and Washington states.

2. Strategic Rationale

The addition strengthens ZenaTech’s Pacific Northwest footprint by integrating established land surveying expertise with its AI-driven drone-as-a-service platform. This enhances capabilities in forestry monitoring, energy infrastructure inspection and port logistics surveillance for both business and government clients.

3. Network Expansion

With this deal, ZenaTech’s network now comprises 21 U.S. and 24 international DaaS locations. The company delivers subscription and usage-based access to drone inspections, mapping and data analytics, eliminating capital equipment costs and operational burdens for clients.
