Zillow Pro Membership Drives 80% More Agent-Buyer Meetings, 4x Conversions
Z•Zillow introduced Zillow Pro℠, a nationwide premium membership for real estate agents offering collaboration tools, CRM integration, and AI features like ‘Likely to List’ tag. In beta, 20,000 agents used it and members saw buyers 80% more likely to meet agents and 4x higher conversion rates.
1. Zillow Launches Pro Membership
Zillow has rolled out Zillow Pro℠, a premium subscription for all U.S. real estate agents. The membership grants access to collaborative tools like My Agent, CRM integration with Follow Up Boss, custom branding, automated outreach and AI-driven insights.
2. Beta Adoption and Performance Metrics
During its beta phase, nearly 20,000 agents tested Zillow Pro and invited their existing contacts to collaborate on Zillow. Agents reported buyers working with a Pro member were 80% more likely to meet face-to-face and conversion rates through My Agent were over four times higher.
3. AI and CRM Tools Enhance Agent Productivity
Key features include the ‘Likely to List’ AI tag for identifying potential sellers, real-time browsing insights, automatic contact prioritization and personalized messaging recommendations. In supported MLS markets agents can also search and share listings within their CRM, keeping clients engaged without leaving Zillow.
