Zscaler's Zero Trust Platform to Secure Over 1TB of F1 Telemetry
ZS•Zscaler has signed a multi-year deal with Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team to deploy its Zero Trust Exchange platform securing over a terabyte of race telemetry per weekend across operations. Zscaler branding will appear on the AMR26 car’s nose, seatbelts and wing mirrors, boosting its visibility in high-speed environments.
1. Partnership Details
Zscaler and Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team announced a multi-year collaboration making Zscaler the team’s Global Cybersecurity Partner. The Zero Trust Exchange platform will secure design data, race strategy communications and real-time telemetry flows between circuits and the UK-based AMRTC facility.
2. Data Security Integration
Formula One teams generate over a terabyte of telemetry data per race weekend from hundreds of sensors, all transmitted in real-time to engineers across time zones. Zscaler’s AI-driven Zero Trust architecture will create direct, secure connections for this data without exposing networks to external threats.
3. Brand Activation
Zscaler branding will feature prominently on the AMR26 car’s nose, seatbelts and wing mirrors, and appear on driver overalls starting at the Austrian Grand Prix. This visibility in a high-speed, technology-driven sport underscores Zscaler’s positioning in mission-critical security environments.
4. Market Implications
By aligning with a top-tier Formula One team, Zscaler gains a showcase for its platform’s low-latency, high-resilience capabilities and broadens its visibility among enterprise and technology decision-makers. The partnership reinforces Zscaler’s credentials in securing complex, mission-critical operations at scale.
