Amdocs reported second quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $1.172 billion, up 3.9% year-over-year, non-GAAP EPS of $1.78 exceeding guidance, and reiterated full-year revenue growth outlook of 2.6%–4.6% while appointing Tal Rozenfeld as CFO effective June 1. Its Entitlement Server achieved a sustained 12,000 TPS across three Microsoft Azure regions, and new cloud, AI and network automation deals with Lumen, Google, Qué tal Móvil and Vodafone Ireland highlight expanding enterprise momentum.

1. Second Quarter Fiscal 2026 Results

Amdocs delivered revenue of $1.172 billion in Q2, up 3.9% year-over-year, driven by 6.2% growth in Europe and 8.0% in Rest of World. Non-GAAP diluted EPS reached $1.78, above the $1.73–$1.79 guidance range, while GAAP EPS of $1.28 topped midpoint. Free cash flow was $80 million, and the company repurchased $138 million of shares.

2. Entitlement Server Performance Milestone

The Amdocs Entitlement Server achieved sustained 12,000 transactions per second across three active Microsoft Azure regions in a production-grade active-active deployment. It demonstrated sub-second latency and 99.999% availability under real-world load, setting a new industry benchmark for carrier-grade eSIM and RCS services.

3. Strategic Customer Engagements

Amdocs expanded its cloud and AI footprint with Lumen Technologies migrating its enterprise billing platform to Azure, launched Telco Agents in Google’s Gemini Enterprise Marketplace, enabled Qué tal Móvil’s multi-aggregator MVNO platform via connectX, and went live with Vodafone Ireland’s Network Inventory solution to automate and simplify network operations.

4. CFO Transition

Tamar Rapaport-Dagim retired after over two decades, and Tal Rozenfeld, head of finance, will assume the CFO role on June 1. The internal succession aims to ensure continuity in financial leadership as Amdocs pursues its agentic and automation-driven strategy.
