Arvinas Taps LITE, PPMI Programs to Advance ARV-102 PSP Trials in 2H 2026
ARVN•Arvinas joined LITE and PPMI programs, leveraging shared preclinical and translational resources to advance ARV-102, its orally bioavailable, brain-penetrant PROTAC targeting LRRK2 in Parkinson’s disease and progressive supranuclear palsy. This collaboration will deepen understanding of LRRK2 biology and support Phase 1b and Phase 2 PSP trials scheduled 2H 2026.
1. Partnership Objectives
Arvinas has joined the LRRK2 Investigative Therapeutics Exchange and Parkinson’s Precision Medicine Initiative, gaining access to shared preclinical and translational resources, open-access biomarker data and a global network of over 50 research centers to propel its ARV-102 program.
2. ARV-102 Program Status
ARV-102 is an orally bioavailable, brain-penetrant PROTAC designed to selectively degrade the LRRK2 kinase implicated in Parkinson’s disease and PSP; it is currently in a Phase 1 trial with Phase 1b and Phase 2 PSP trials slated for second half of 2026.
3. LRRK2 Research Impact
Collaboration will deepen understanding of LRRK2 biology, refine target engagement measures and support personalized therapeutic strategies, leveraging broad translational insights to optimize clinical development of LRRK2-targeted protein degraders.
