The company agreed to an all-cash purchase of operations platform MaintainX for $3.6 billion. MaintainX is projected to exceed $135 million in annual recurring revenue in 2026 with over 50% growth, enhancing Autodesk’s AI-powered operations solutions and asset management capabilities.
