Peter Latta was promoted to Senior Vice President of Technical Services after eight years managing Avino’s technical reporting, commercial relationships and project evaluations.

Marc Turcotte joins Avino as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, leveraging over two decades of experience in mining M&A, capital markets and strategic transactions. He played a key role in MAG Silver’s US$2.1 billion acquisition by Pan American Silver and will now lead identification, evaluation, and execution of Avino’s transformational growth opportunities.
2. Promotion of Senior VP, Technical Services
Peter Latta is elevated to Senior Vice President of Technical Services after eight years overseeing Avino’s technical functions. He has managed technical reporting, vendor relationships across metallurgy, mining and geology, and contributed to new project evaluations, strengthening operational and engineering oversight.

These leadership changes align with Avino’s push to diversify into a multi-asset producer and advance its La Preciosa acquisition.
