Bitmine’s $11.4B Treasury Secures NYSE Uplisting After 71,252 ETH Buy

Bitmine snapped up 71,252 ETH in its largest weekly purchase since December, bringing its total holdings to 4,803,334 ETH (3.98% of circulating supply) valued at roughly $10.2B. The firm’s $11.4B treasury and strategic investments will begin trading on the NYSE on April 9 following approval for uplisting.

1. ETH Purchases Surge

Bitmine acquired 71,252 ETH in the week ending April 5, marking its largest weekly purchase since December. This sustained acceleration follows a ramp-up from roughly 33,000 tokens per week in January to over 70,000 in recent sessions.

2. Treasury Assets Breakdown

The company’s treasury now comprises 4,803,334 ETH valued at about $10.2B, 198 Bitcoin, $864M in cash and $292M in strategic stakes, bringing total assets to $11.4B. These holdings reflect a diversified balance sheet focused on digital assets and selective equity positions.

3. NYSE Uplisting Approval

Bitmine will cease trading on the NYSE American after market close on April 8 and will commence trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 9 under its existing trading symbol. The uplisting is expected to enhance liquidity and broaden institutional access.

4. Staking Yield Performance

Of the firm’s ETH holdings, 3,334,637 tokens are staked, generating annualized revenues of $196M with a seven-day yield of 2.78%. This staking volume makes Bitmine the largest single entity staking on its institutional-grade MAVAN platform.
