Brightline Interactive audit committee chair Brian Archer to resign after 2026 annual meeting
BTLN•Brightline Interactive director Brian Archer will step down after the 2026 annual shareholder meeting. The board plans to name a successor by its first meeting afterward.
1. Board changes
Archer, who chairs the audit committee and serves on the compensation and nominating and corporate governance committees, will leave the board at the close of the 2026 annual meeting. Major General Pete Fesler, USA (Ret.), was reclassified to Class III director, with his term now expiring at that meeting.
