BNBN

Brookfield Residential is rebuilding six homes in La Viña for families displaced by the 2025 Eaton Fire, using turnkey designs and shared site work to streamline planning, permitting and construction. Early trenching has begun, with homes priced between $619,300 and $706,300 and occupancy expected in fall 2026.

1. Company Rebuild Initiative

Brookfield Residential has launched a coordinated rebuilding effort for six Altadena families whose La Viña homes were destroyed in the January 2025 Eaton Fire. By selecting from a portfolio of turnkey home designs matched to each lot, the project consolidates planning, permitting and construction phases to reduce expenses and accelerate progress.

2. Builders Alliance Portal

Co-founded by Brookfield Residential’s CEO, the Builders Alliance portal offers a digital library of over 40 pre-designed homes for fire survivors in Altadena and Pacific Palisades. Homeowners enter their address to filter designs by lot size, zoning, price range and personal preferences, enabling transparent cost and timeline estimates.

3. Financial and Timeline Details

Site trenching and early work are underway, with home prices set between $619,300 and $706,300 in La Viña and between $847,700 and $1,271,081 in Pacific Palisades. The six Altadena families are expected to move into their rebuilt homes in fall 2026, benefiting from shared approvals and construction efficiencies.
