Cencora elects Ryder executive chair Robert Sanchez to board as independent director

Cencora elected Ryder System Executive Chair Robert E. Sanchez as an independent director, effective Oct. 1, 2026.

1. Board appointment

Sanchez is executive chair of Ryder System and served as its chair and CEO until retiring in March 2026. His earlier Ryder roles included president and COO, president of Global Fleet Management Solutions, executive vice president and CFO. He also serves on the board of Texas Instruments.
