The service will allow Azure customers to provision Commvault's AI-enabled data recovery, cyber recovery, and identity protection tools alongside existing Azure services through a unified interface, eliminating manual integrations and external tooling.
3. Simplified Procurement and Go-to-Market Collaboration
Commvault Cloud purchases will be available via Microsoft Marketplace with usage counting toward Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments, while joint co-selling initiatives and solution development aim to accelerate enterprise adoption this summer when the service enters public preview.
