Conexeu Sciences Expands Board to Nine and Appoints New Commercial Officer
SNN•Conexeu Sciences expanded its board from six to nine directors, appointing Ana Bastiani-Posner, April Burke and Andrew Costa and elevating co-founder David Bogart to Chief Commercial Officer. The company added aesthetics veteran Melinda Farina to its advisory board while advancing its preclinical CXU™ platform toward an early-2027 FDA 510(k) filing.

Conexeu Sciences increased its board from six to nine members on June 15, appointing Ana Bastiani-Posner, April Burke and Andrew Costa. Alongside these additions, co-founder David Bogart was promoted from director to Chief Commercial Officer to lead commercial strategy and operations.
2. Directors’ Finance and Commercial Backgrounds
Ana Bastiani-Posner brings over two decades of Fortune 500 finance leadership as EVP and CFO of Kyowa Kirin North America overseeing $1.2 billion in revenue. April Burke adds public-company and IPO readiness expertise as EVP and CFO of Lucid Hearing, while Andrew Costa contributes 15 years of growth-equity and investment banking experience from RX3 Growth Partners, Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan.
3. Advisory Addition and Commercial Strategy
Melinda Farina, known as “The Beauty Broker,” joined the advisory board with nearly 30 years in medical aesthetics and brand development. These governance moves support Conexeu’s push to commercialize its preclinical CXU™ extracellular matrix technology and target an early-2027 FDA 510(k) submission.
