2. Professional Background

Di Bartolo joins Elauwit from Goldman Sachs & Co., where he served as Vice President in the Structured Investing Group from October 2024 to March 2026. Prior to that, he spent over three years at Barclays PLC’s Strategic Transactions Group and held investment banking roles at Lazard Frères, Varadero Capital, and Goldman Sachs' Natural Resources Group.

3. CFO Transition

Sean Arnette, who helped prepare Elauwit for its fall 2025 IPO and guided early public-company quarters, will depart the company on April 2, 2026. Elauwit management thanked Arnette for his contributions and wished him success in his next role.
