Erasca and Tango Therapeutics opened enrollment in a Phase 1/2 trial combining vopimetostat with ERAS-0015 under their collaboration. The trial targets MTAP-deleted pancreatic cancer and RAS-mutant, MTAP-deleted non-small cell lung cancer. Tango sponsors the study, whose dose-escalation phase aims to determine the combination’s maximum tolerated dose.
