Aragon names Vonage a major provider in new ICX category

Ericsson unit Vonage was named a “Major Provider” in Aragon Research’s newly defined Intelligent Communications Experience (ICX) category.

Aragon framed ICX as a unified UCaaS and contact-center platform with embedded AI, targeting replacement of fragmented enterprise communications stacks.

Aragon forecast the ICX platform market at USD 251.83 billion by 2031, citing legacy-system replacement as a key growth driver.
