Ferrari Spends $5.8 m to Buy 15,638 Shares in Second €250 m Tranche
RACE•Ferrari acquired 15,638 shares on the NYSE for $5.80 m (€5.09 m) at an average of $370.85 per share under its €250 m second buyback tranche. Since January, the company has spent €433.93 m to repurchase 1.47 m shares, holding 18.01 m treasury shares (9.29% of common stock).
1. Second Tranche Purchases
Between June 29 and June 30, Ferrari repurchased 15,638 common shares on the NYSE under its €250 million second tranche, spending $5.80 million (€5.09 million) at an average price of $370.85 per share.
2. Program-to-date Repurchases
Since the January 5 launch of the €3.5 billion multi-year buyback program, the company has invested €433.93 million to acquire 1,472,743 own shares on EXM and NYSE, including Sell to Cover transactions.
3. Treasury Shares and Cancellation
As of July 3, Ferrari holds 18,006,969 treasury shares net of equity plan assignments, representing 9.29% of issued common shares (9.60% including special voting shares); approved share cancellations are pending execution.
