GIS•General Mills named COO Dana McNabb CEO effective Jan. 1, 2027, replacing Jeff Harmening, who will become executive chair on the same date.

McNabb has spent 27 years at General Mills and most recently led all operating segments as COO. She previously led North America Retail and later North America Pet, with earlier roles in strategy, marketing and international leadership.
