Generation Income Properties sells six-property Dollar General portfolio, applies $2.68 million to Loci preferred redemption

Generation Income Properties completed two non-core property sales, including a six-property Dollar General portfolio and the Fresenius property in Chicago.
Closings on Aug. 21, 2026 and Aug. 24, 2026 enabled senior mortgage payoffs, debt reduction, and Loci Capital preferred equity redemptions.
Loci preferred redemption impact
The transactions are expected to generate about $4.04 million for Loci redemptions, including about $2.68 million from the Dollar General assets.
The Fresenius Chicago disposition is expected to contribute about $1.36 million toward the Loci obligation.
Loci preferred equity balance was reduced to about $4 million in 2026, down from about $20 million in 2025.
