HHH•Howard Hughes Holdings Chief Accounting Officer Elena Verbinskaya will leave the company effective March 5, 2027. Her departure was mutually agreed on October 20, 2026, and was not driven by disagreements over operations, accounting or financial reporting.

Verbinskaya will support the transition through her departure, including preparing and filing the annual report for the year ending December 31, 2026.
