HPE rises on $1.2 billion Vultr deal, guidance raise
HPE•Hewlett Packard Enterprise announced a $1.2 billion order from Vultr for AI systems and raised its FY27 Networking revenue growth outlook to high teens to low 20s percent. HPE also increased its target for annual run-rate savings from the Juniper Networks acquisition to $800 million by the end of fiscal 2028.
1. Vultr order and outlook
HPE said Vultr ordered $1.2 billion of AMD Helios AI Rack by HPE systems for deployment at Vultr’s U.S. cloud data centers. HPE raised its FY27 Networking segment revenue growth outlook to between the high teens and low 20s percent.
2. Juniper savings target
HPE expects $800 million in annual run-rate savings related to its Juniper Networks acquisition by the end of fiscal 2028, up from its previous target of at least $600 million. HPE shares rose 4.9% in premarket trading.
