HSBC seeks NYSE listing for USD 6.75 billion senior unsecured notes issuance

HSBC launches application to list new senior unsecured notes on NYSE

HSBC Holdings plc launched an application to list $6.75 billion of newly issued senior unsecured notes on the New York Stock Exchange.

The deal includes:

$2.5 billion of 5.243% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2032
$3.25 billion of 5.729% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2037
$1 billion of Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2032
