Immunome's Varegacestat reduces symptom burden in Phase 3 desmoid tumor trial
IMNM•Immunome said patients receiving investigational varegacestat in its Phase 3 RINGSIDE trial reported lower symptom burden and better physical function than patients receiving placebo.
1. Trial results
Immunome presented additional RINGSIDE results at the 2026 ESMO Congress. Previously presented results showed greater tumor response, longer progression-free survival and reduced pain versus placebo, and the trial met all key endpoints; common adverse events included diarrhea, fatigue and rash.
