Infosys to Deploy Topaz Fabric for AI Transformation in Sentara’s 12 Hospitals

The framework standardizes AI strategy, governance and SDLC to scale care management, employee productivity and digital front-office use cases.

Infosys and Sentara Health have formed a strategic partnership to implement AI-driven solutions across Sentara’s healthcare operations. The initiative targets efficiency improvements in IT, hospital operations and clinical support across Sentara’s 12 hospitals and its Health Plans division serving over one million members.
2. AI Framework Implementation
Infosys will deploy Topaz Fabric, an agentic services suite that integrates infrastructure, models, data, applications and workflows into a composable ecosystem. The platform provides reference architectures, AI-first SDLC modernization, governance frameworks and road-mapping tools to streamline AI adoption from pilot to production.

The collaboration aims to boost care management, staff productivity and digital front-office experiences by embedding AI into day-to-day workflows.
