Jaguar Health crofelemer study accepted for ACG 2026 presentation
JAGX•Jaguar Health disclosed preliminary results from an ongoing open-label crofelemer study in adults with short bowel syndrome and intestinal failure; the results will be presented at the American College of Gastroenterology meeting on Oct. 9-14, 2026.

Jaguar Health said preliminary results from its ongoing open-label study of crofelemer in adults with short bowel syndrome and intestinal failure were accepted for presentation at the American College of Gastroenterology Annual Scientific Meeting on Oct. 9-14, 2026. The company is also running a Phase 2 placebo-controlled trial in adults with Type 1 short bowel syndrome, with results expected in the second half of 2027, and is targeting a mid-2027 NDA filing for crofelemer in microvillus inclusion disease.
