KKR•KKR co-CEO says credit fundraising could hit record year
NEW YORK, July 30 (Reuters) - A co-chief executive of alternative asset manager KKR said on Thursday he expects a record year for credit fundraising from third-party investors.
Scott Nuttall made the comment after reporting the firm raised $9.1 billion for credit strategies in the quarter, a slump from $14.25 billion a year ago. Credit broadly now makes up the biggest portion of the buyout pioneer's assets under management.
