Knightscope announced it has surpassed $2 million in combined new sales and contract renewals through its Machine-as-a-Service model, reflecting growing demand for its security and emergency communication solutions.

2. Emergency Communication Device Sales and Renewals

The company sold 119 Emergency Communication Devices to clients in higher education, healthcare, hospitality, consumer packaged goods and local governments, while maintenance services on hundreds of existing ECD units were renewed or extended.

3. Autonomous Security Robot Momentum

Knightscope recorded 20 new Autonomous Security Robot deployments, including three RTX human-in-the-loop remote monitoring packages, and secured renewals for 21 ASR units comprising 13 K1 Hemispheres, five K5 ASRs and two K1 Towers.

4. Strengthening Long-Term Partnerships

Notable long-term partnerships include a ninth consecutive year renewal with a major health system and an eighth-year contract extension with a Fortune 500 entertainment company, underscoring Knightscope’s expanding recurring revenue streams.
