Marvell Technology’s revenue projections were revised post-XConn acquisition, forecasting robust Trn3 and 800G/1.6T optical growth through fiscal 2027 with limited next-generation visibility until calendar 2027. 1. AI Data-Center Market Outlook Revision
Bank of America Securities analyst Vivek Arya increased his total addressable market estimate for AI data-center systems to $1.4 trillion by 2030, up from $1.2 trillion. He projects overall systems growth of 64% year-over-year in 2026 and expects AI systems to double, noting most HBM and CoWoS supply is pre-allocated.
2. Marvell Outlook Post-XConn Acquisition
Following its XConn acquisition, Marvell Technology’s revenue estimates were updated to reflect strong demand for Trn3 and 800G/1.6T optical products through fiscal 2027. Visibility on next-generation accelerator programs remains limited and is not expected to clarify until calendar 2027.
