Mosaic swings to Q2 FY26 net loss of $273 million; revenue falls to $2.8 billion

- Mosaic posted Q2 2026 net sales of $2.8 billion; net results swung to a loss of $273 million, or $0.86 per share.
- Operating results turned to a loss of $36 million; adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) fell to $407 million from $566 million a year earlier.
- Results included $351 million of pre-tax notable items, led by a $162 million Ma’aden mark-to-market hit and $69 million of non-cash project write-offs.
- Phosphate sales volumes fell to 1 million tonnes, potash to 2 million, and Mosaic Fertilizantes to 2 million; 2026 capex outlook was cut to $1.2 billion.
