OpenTable Forms 20-Member U.S. Ambassador Council Across 17 Cities to Shape Strategy

Council members will meet with OpenTable executives to exchange feedback and shape initiatives that directly impact restaurant operations and diner experiences.

OpenTable has inaugurated its first U.S. Restaurant Ambassador Council, bringing together 20 hospitality professionals—including chefs and operators—from 17 cities across the country. The council will serve as a direct channel for frontline feedback to inform product development and strategic planning.
2. Role and Engagement with Executives
Council members will engage regularly with OpenTable’s executive team to discuss industry trends, provide feedback on products and priorities, and collaborate on both short- and long-term initiatives designed to address critical challenges for restaurants and diners.
3. Complement to Advisory Board and Scale
This Ambassador Council complements OpenTable’s existing U.S. Advisory Board, ensuring strategy is informed by a diverse mix of industry voices.
