Parsons Secures $28M GARDEM 2 Award, $99M ALLIANT 2 Contract
PSN•Parsons won a $28 million task order under the AFRL’s GARDEM 2 program, raising its total 2026 GARDEM awards to $218 million. The company also secured a $99 million ALLIANT 2 contract to develop and deploy C2-SpISR software baselines across all Air Operations Centers.

Parsons received a $28 million five-year task order from the Air Force Research Laboratory to provide field site support, training, system enhancements, integration, testing and lifecycle maintenance under the GARDEM 2 program, raising its total AFRL GARDEM awards in 2026 to $218 million.
2. ALLIANT 2 Contract Details
The company secured a $99 million single-award task order under the ALLIANT 2 schedule with a five-year-plus-two-month performance period to develop and deploy C2-SpISR software baselines—including C2Core Air, C2Core NetOps, National Tactical Data Manager and Integrated Solutions to Situational Awareness—across all Air Operations Centers.
