Plug Power Completes 32-Ton Rotterdam Pipeline Fill, Faces TD Cowen Hold

On February 4, the company executed the inaugural hydrogen fill of Hynetwork’s 32-kilometer pipeline in Rotterdam, delivering 32 tons of RFNBO-certified green hydrogen and installing custom unloading infrastructure for initial purging and filling operations.

2. TD Cowen Downgrades Rating

On January 9, TD Cowen downgraded its rating to Hold and reduced its price target from $4 to $2, citing demand challenges in material handling and potential delays in electrolyzer ramp-up.

3. Q4 2025 Results Scheduled

The company will release its fourth quarter and full-year 2025 financial results on March 2 with a 4:30 PM ET webcast, outlining performance metrics and guidance for the year ahead.
