PTL switches auditor to Privatco after FundCertify resignation

PTL replaced its auditor as FundCertify resigned effective Sept. 16, 2026. Privatco was appointed the new independent registered public accounting firm effective the same day.
No adverse opinion, disclaimer, or qualification was included in FundCertify’s audit report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, and the company reported no accounting or audit-scope disputes with FundCertify through the resignation date.
Internal control material weakness
The company said it had a material weakness in internal controls, including gaps in U.S. GAAP expertise, no internal audit function, and IT control deficiencies.
