PulteGroup launches Florida Panhandle division, expands into Northwest Florida

PulteGroup launched a Florida Panhandle Division, expanding homebuilding operations into Northwest Florida to target continued demand in the state.

The expansion follows a builder agreement with St. Joe for 1,326 homesites in two new Bay County communities, with options up to 2,653.

First-phase development is expected to start in 2027, with initial communities slated to include Pulte Homes, Del Webb, and DiVosta product.
