Pyxis Oncology issues 49,310,352 common stock warrants in $110 million offering
PYXS•Pyxis Oncology priced a public offering with common warrants for 49,310,352 shares and 1,883,121 pre-funded warrants. Full exercise of both warrant types would raise an additional $172.6 million in gross proceeds.
1. Warrant terms
The common warrants have a $3.50 exercise price and become exercisable only after stockholder approval of an increase in authorized shares. They expire at the earlier of five years from the charter amendment’s effective date or 30 days after disclosure of overall survival data.
