Quoin Pharmaceuticals announced that a peer-reviewed paper on QRX003 for Netherton syndrome was accepted for publication in Dermatology and Therapy. The manuscript describes a pediatric compassionate-use case in which the patient’s skin fully healed and itch was eliminated. Quoin previously reported improving outcomes among enrolled pediatric compassionate-use patients, with no treatment-related adverse events, and said interim Phase 2/3 results disclosed in August showed most early participants improved on the main clinical assessment.
