RiverNorth Managed Duration Municipal Income Fund II will hold its annual shareholder meeting in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Sept. 22, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect two Class III directors to the board. The nominees are David M. Swanson, an independent director, and Patrick W. Galley, an interested director.
The term for the elected Class III directors runs through the 2029 annual meeting.
Other business may be addressed if properly brought before the meeting.
